RESILIENCE TRAINING: What's Involved?

Born from the experience of decades working in high-consequence frontline professions, instructing watermanship and outdoor pursuits to thousands of students and a deep understanding of the interplay between science, nature, and human Resilience, our programs are designed to transform lives in profound ways.

Our training methods are non-confrontational, supportive and wholistic - meaning we see the human body as a cohesive integration of systems, each of which deserves individualised attention, support and remodelling.

We pay particular attention to the Respiratory and Nervous Systems - the two most essential when it comes to building Functional Resilience and remaining calm, clear and focused under pressure. 

We combine movement, breath-work, recovery, mental training, theoretical knowledge and a huge dose of happiness to super-charge your everyday performance and overall health.

We deliver these teachings within stunning environments that inspire, challenge and allow you to connect with yourself and thrive, no matter the challenge!

Meet the Resilience Lab Team: we are professionals with hugely diverse working backgrounds, but at heart, we are really just outdoor, water, travel, adventure and life enthusiasts who have revolutionised Resilience Education by blending everything we know into a unique framework known as The S.E.A Method.
